Polycellulose Wipers (Class 100)

Polycellulose Cleanroom Wipers are made from a blend of 45% polyester and 55% cellulose fibers. No chemical binders are necessary to combine the two fibers because a special fiber entanglement process uses water streams to mesh the components. Cellulose, a natural fiber, is highly absorbent. When combined with the dependability of a synthetic fiber, a strong, low particle wiper is created. Wipers are an economical alternative for general purpose polishing and spill clean up. These versatile wipes are resistant to solvents and cleaning agents.

Polyester Knit Wipes (Class 10)

Polyester Knit Wipes are made from 100% polyester with two edges cut and ultrasonic sealed. These wipes are laundered and double packaged in a class 10 cleanroom. The metallic ion and extractable levels are extremely low.

ESD Polyester Knit Wipes (Class 10)
ESD Polyester Knit Wipes are made from 100% filament polyester with static dissipative fibers to control ESD. The static dissipative fibers attract and dissipate the charge, locking any residual charge into the fiber. Four edges are ultrasonic cut and sealed. The structural character of the material allows for maximum absorbency and minimal abrasion resistance. These wipes are laundered and double packaged in a class 10 cleanroom.
